Your profile
We’re not looking for “perfect” profiles. What matters to us are basic technical skills (at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field), commitment, and a desire to continue learning.
Previous experience with cybersecurity (such as OWASP top 10, NIS2, etc.) is a major advantage.
Don’t have any certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or ISO27001 yet? No problem, because at mentalIT, we’re happy to invest in your personal future in cybersecurity.
If you’re eager to learn, enjoy analytical thinking, and translate complex technical challenges into clear solutions, you’ll likely be a great fit for our team.
